Annington Limited (the "Parent") gives notice to the Noteholders of the annual investor update conference call (the "Call") which will be held at 13:00 (London Time) on Monday 7^th August 2023, and will be presented by the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer.

Any investor wishing to raise specific questions should forward these to the Company, in advance of the conference call, using the email address: [e-mail] . The Company will not be able to take any questions on the call.
