Permission to appeal the High Court's decision has today been granted by the Court of Appeal.
Annington remains of the view communicated to Noteholders on 15 May 2023 that the Court was wrong to conclude the steps taken by the MoD are lawful and the Company will proceed with its substantive appeal of the judgment.
