Anpario announces that it was notified today by Peter Lawrence, Non-Executive Chairman, that on the 19^th and 20^th September he purchased 30,000 ordinary shares of 23 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 378.73p each. Following the purchase, Peter Lawrence has a beneficial interest in 63,350 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing 0.3% of the Company.
