Anpario announces that it was notified today by Richard Edwards, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, that on 29 March 2021 Richard Edwards sold 125,000 ordinary shares of 23p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 580p. Following the sale, the ultimate beneficial ownership of Richard Edwards in Anpario is 88,396 Ordinary Shares representing 0.4% of the issued share capital of the Company.
