Anpario plc

("Anpario" or "the Company")

Anpario, the international producer and distributor of natural feed additives for animal health, hygiene and nutrition, is pleased to announce it is establishing a subsidiary which will have sales, warehousing and distribution facilities in the United States to supply its market leading products throughout North America. This follows extensive market research and is intended to address interest received from a growing number of potential customers in the region.

The entry into the United States follows the model used by the Company to great success in two other significant markets, China and Brazil, where the Company has been delighted with the profits and growth achieved to date. The Company believes these three markets account for approximately half of the global market for its products.

The Company will initially focus on its Orego-Stim range of products, which will be launched at the International Production and Processing Expo (IPPE) in Atlanta, Georgia at the end of January 2014. The IPPE is the United States' largest trade show for poultry.

Richard Rose, Chairman, commented:

"Entering the United States is an exciting milestone in Anpario's growth strategy and builds on the successful experience of our subsidiaries in China and Brazil, the largest and third largest meat producing countries respectively.  The United States is a key market and will provide the Company with an excellent opportunity to develop sales of its natural feed additives."
