NEWS RELEASE, 09 SEPTEMBER 2022

INTERIM DIVIDEND PAYABLE

DIVIDEND NO. 54 - AMOUNT PAYABLE IN STERLING AND EURO

Further to the half year results announcement on 11 August 2022, the Sterling equivalent of the interim dividend of 9.2 US cents will be 7.9475 pence per ordinary share, based on an exchange rate of £1 = US$1.1576, and the Euro equivalent will be 9.1479 Euro cents per ordinary share, based on an exchange rate of €1 = US$1.0057.

Payment of the dividend is scheduled for 30 September 2022.
