Change to full year results date

AO World plc (the "Company"), a leading European online electrical retailer, announces that its preliminary results for the financial year ended 31 March 2021 will now be announced on Thursday, 1 July 2021 (previously 16 June 2021). 

The revised date was determined after discussion with KPMG, the Company's auditor, with the agreement of the Board, and is a consequence of disruption caused by Covid on the audit processes.  There is no change to the guidance or outlook that was set out in the trading statement of 14 April 2020, and current trading remains resilient.
