Proposed Increased Initial Payment to CULS Holders

Further to the Circular to CULS Holders published by the Company on 6th September 2024 (the "Circular") relating to proposals to amend the terms of the CULS issued by the Company, and to the announcement of the Company dated 24th September 2024 setting out the Company's intention to make an Initial Payment (as defined in that announcement), the Company has received feedback from CULS Holders.

The Company now confirms that, subject to the passing of the Resolution to be proposed at the meeting of CULS Holders convened for 30th September 2024, it will increase the Initial Payment described in the announcement dated 24th September 2024 from £2.0m ($2.7m), to £3.5m ($4.7m).

The additional cash to fund this increase arises from a review of the Company's currency hedging policy, referred to in the previous announcement.

Terms used and not defined in this announcement shall have the meanings given to them in the Circular.
