In compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, Microgen today announces that Peter Whiting, Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee, has informed the Company of his appointment as a Non-Executive Director of Keystone Law Group Plc, which is listed on the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange, with effect from 27 November 2017.
