Grant of awards under the Aptitude 2020 Deferred Bonus Plan ("DBP")

On 19 March 2021, Aptitude Software Group plc granted awards in the form of nil-cost options over ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") under the DBP to the following Directors.
