Executive of Arbuthnot Securities Limited, a subsidiary of Secure Trust, 
purchased 10,000 Ordinary shares of 1p each in Secure Trust at a price of 
306pence per share on 15 December 2004.  Following this purchase, Mr Brown's 
share holding in Secure Trust amounts to 10,000 Ordinary shares.
