The Company today announces that, pursuant to its invitation to subscribe for
unlisted floating rate subordinated loan notes 2009 ('Loan Notes') (together the
'Offer'), it has at today's date received further applications from shareholders
and investors to subscribe for in aggregate £2,800,000 of Loan Notes under the
Offer. Accordingly, a further £2,800,000 of Loan Notes have been allotted.
The Offer has now closed and together with the Loan Notes allotted after the
first closing date on 31 October 2002, a total of £3,890,000 of Loan Notes have
now been issued pursuant to the Offer.
