KNOWLEDGE TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS PLC (KTS)
Further Allotment
As envisaged in the announcement of 1 December 2000, KTS has made a final
allotment under its Offer for Subscription of 376,667 new Ordinary Shares of
0.1p each (Ordinary Shares). In addition, KTS has allotted a total of 411,111
new Ordinary Shares to underwriters of the Offer in lieu of cash fees at the
issue price of 4.5p per share and ranking pari passu with the Ordinary Shares
issued under the Offer.
Application has been made for the total of 787,778 new Ordinary shares, referred
to above, to be admitted to trading on the Alternative Investment Market and
dealings are expected to commence in such shares on Wednesday 13 December 2000.
The total number of shares in issue following these allotments will be
65,342,326 Ordinary Shares.
