                              BOARD APPOINTMENT




The Board of Knowledge Technology Solutions is pleased to announce the
appointment of Michael Stewart Levy BA FCA, aged 39, as Group Financial
Director with immediate effect.



Michael is a Chartered Accountant and qualifies with BDO Stoy Hayward in 1986.
Michael was a partner in Robert John Rosner, London between 1987-1990 and
partner in FSPG, London between 1990-1997. Since October 1997, he has operated
his own practice.

He held a directorship with Music Magazine Limited from December 1999-February
2000.

There are no other matters for disclosure in terms of paragraph (f) of
Schedule 2 of the AIM Rules.
