Knowledge Technology Solutions PLC ('KTS' or the 'Company'), provider of
professional market information services in the finance sector, is pleased to
announce that the resolutions proposed at its extraordinary general meeting,
held today, were duly passed. The effect of the resolutions approved was to
increase the directors existing authorities under sections 80 and 89 of the
Companies Act 1985 (as amended) and to increase the authorised share capital of
the Company.
