                                Share Placing




The Board of Knowledge Technology Solutions is pleased to announce that
following the Extraordinary General Meeting held today, shareholders have
approved the Resolutions including those necessary for the placing of 5
million new Ordinary Shares 0.1p each with Billam PLC. Trading of such shares
on the Alternative Investment Market is expected to commence on 5th July 2001.
