Places 4.15 million new Ordinary Shares with Dresdner RCM Global Investors
(UK) Ltd to raise £249,000

Knowledge Technology Solutions PLC ('KTS'), the developer of proprietary
technology and software solutions and owner of the Sharepages.com financial
information portal, today announces it has conditionally placed a total of
4.15 million new Ordinary 0.1p Shares at 6p, raising £249,000.

Dresdner RCM Global Investors (UK) Limited has subscribed for 4.15 million new
Ordinary Shares which will rank pari passu with the existing shares in issue.

The proceeds of the placing will primarily be used for working capital to
continue the development of the company's ASP-based MarketTerminal interactive
financial information system aimed at market professionals.

Commenting on the placing, Dr Marc Pinter-Krainer, CEO, said: 'We welcome the
investment of Dresdner RCM which will assist in the accelerated rollout of our
recently launched MarketTerminal product. MarketTerminal delivers real-time
market information without the requirement for bespoke hardware or software.'

Notes:

The company's MarketTerminal product is a powerful interactive financial
information system which combines reliable delivery of real-time market
information with the advantages of Application Service Provision ('ASP').
Advantages include enhanced mobility, no hardware or software requirements and
significantly lower cost to the client.

The placings are conditional upon admission to trading on the Alternative
Investment Market ('AIM') becoming effective. Application is being made for
the new Ordinary Shares allotted to Dresdner RCM to be admitted to trading on
AIM. Following admission of the shares, Dresdner RCM will hold 5.4 per cent of
the enlarged issued share capital of Knowledge Technology Solutions.
