Arecor Therapeutics plc (AIM: AREC), the biopharmaceutical company advancing today's therapies to enable healthier lives, announces that it has today published and posted to shareholders the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2021 and Notice of the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") which will be held at Covington & Burling LLP, 22 Bishopsgate, London EC2N 4BQ , on 23 May 2022 at 1.00 p.m. (BST).
