Anglovaal Mining Limited.

Application has been made to The Financial Services  Authority
for  1,689,609  Ordinary 5 cent shares to be admitted  to  the
Official  List  and  to the London Stock  Exchange  for  these
shares to be admitted to trading.  The Shares rank pari  passu
with  the  existing issued shares of the Company. The  listing
consists of 202,935 shares exercised pursuant to the Company's
Employee  Share Incentive Scheme and 1,486,674  shares  issued
upon conversion of the Company's Preference shares.
