ARC Board Changes

ARC announces that Richard Barfield (Chairman) and Steven Gunders (Senior Independent Director) resigned from the Board of ARC with immediate effect on 15 September 2009.  

Dr Alex Shubat and Brian Sereda were appointed on 15 September 2009 as executive directors of ARC and J. Daniel McCranie has been appointed Chairman. They join Dr Geoff Bristow and Charles Rendell on the Board of ARC. 

There are no other matters relating to the new directors which would require disclosure under Listing Rule 9.6.13 other than as set out below.
