ARC International announces that, at the Company's Annual General Meeting held
earlier today, all resolutions were duly passed.



The Company will announce its Interim Management Statement for the period 1
January 2008 to the date of the announcement at 7.00 am tomorrow, 23 April.



A copy of the resolutions (other than the resolutions concerning ordinary
business) passed at the AGM has been submitted to the UK Listing Authority and
will shortly be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document
Viewing Facility which is situated at:
