                             Change of Adviser & Change of Company Name to
                                      Watermark Global plc (WET)

MicroFuze International PLC ("the Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of Cenkos Securities
plc as Nominated Adviser and Broker to the Company with immediate effect.  The Company is also pleased
to advise that its change of name from MicroFuze International plc to Watermark Global plc, to reflect
its new focus on the potentially lucrative water treatment industry, has become effective following
registration at Companies House.

Accordingly, the Company will adopt a new AIM ticker code of 'WET', effective from the commencement of
trading on 14 March 2008.  Existing share certificates in the name of Microfuze International plc will
remain valid.
