ARTEMIS ALPHA TRUST PLC (the 'Company')



Annual General Meeting

The Company gives notice that all resolutions proposed in the Notice of the
Meeting were duly passed at the Annual General Meeting held today ('AGM').


The Board further announces that, as set out in the Chairman's Statement in the
Annual Report for the year ended 30 April 2004, Peter Metcalfe and Andrew 
Greenwell retired as non-executive Directors of the Company at the conclusion of 
the AGM.
