Cancellation of Ordinary Shares from Treasury

The Board of the Company announces that it has today cancelled from treasury 160,000 Ordinary shares of 1 pence each.

Following the cancellation, the Company's issued share capital comprises 48,535,988 Ordinary shares, of which 1,487,176 are held in treasury and 6,865,616 Subscription shares (which carry no voting rights).  Therefore the total number of shares with voting rights in the Company will be 47,048,812 Ordinary shares.

The above figure (47,048,812) may be used by Ordinary shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
