Confirmation of share premium account cancellation

At the general meeting of Artemis Alpha Trust plc (the "Company") held on 7 December 2010 a resolution was passed cancelling the share premium account of the Company (subject to the confirmation of the High Court of England and Wales (the "Court")).

The Directors are pleased to announce that the Court has now confirmed this cancellation and the Court's order has been registered by the Registrar of Companies.  The cancellation has now become effective.
