Compliance with Model Code - Update

Further to the announcement released on 14 May 2013, the Directors of the Company advise that there has been a change in the valuation of the unquoted portfolio and this has been reflected in the Company's net asset value announced today.

In accordance with Listing Rule 15.5.1(4), the Directors of the Company confirm that they are satisfied that all inside information which the Directors and the Company may have in the period leading up to the announcement of the financial results for the year ended 30 April 2013 has previously been notified to a Regulated Information Service, and, therefore, the dealings referred to in Listing Rule 15.5.1 (3) are permitted.
