Notification of change of interests of Director
The Company has today been notified that on 27 September 2007, Mr Charles
Peel, a Director of the Company, sold 125,000 ordinary shares with a nominal
value of 1 penny each in the capital of the Company representing 0.38% of the
issued capital, at a price of 209.3 pence per share.
Following the above transaction, Mr Peel continues to have beneficial and
family interests in 375,000 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 1 penny each
in the capital of the Company, representing 1.13 of the issued share capital.
