Notification of change of interests of Director

The Company has today been notified that on 21 December 2007, Mr Simon
Miller, Chairman of the Company, purchased 2,127 ordinary shares with a nominal
value of 1 penny each in the capital of the Company representing 0.006% of the 
issued capital, at a price of 199.35 pence per share.

Following the above transaction, Mr Miller now has beneficial and
family interests in 10,000 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 1 penny each
in the capital of the Company, representing 0.03% of the issued share capital.
