Notification of Transactions by Director and Connected Person

The Company has today received notification from Mr David Barron,

a Director of the Company, that on 31 March 2009 he sold a total of

4,000 shares held jointly with his wife at a price of £1.59 per share

and subsequently, on the same date, in his own name, repurchased 

4,000 shares at a price of £1.60 per share, now held in an Individual 

Savings Account.

As a result, Mr Barron's interests in the ordinary share capital of

the Company remain at 5,000 shares, representing 0.016% of the

shares in issue.
