Artemis Alpha Trust plc (the 'Company') has been notified that Miss Tansy Aspinall, a connected person to Mr Kartik Kumar, fund manager of the Company, has made a purchase of the Company's ordinary shares of £0.01 each (the 'Shares'). 

Following the transaction Miss Aspinall now holds 10,000 ordinary shares in the Company and Mr Kumar continues to hold 70,000 ordinary shares in the Company.

The below announcement is made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
