Director Resignation

Artemis Alpha Trust plc ("the Company") announces that Mr Ian Dighé has resigned today as a director of the Company. Mr Dighé joined the Board in December 2010, and became chairman of the Company's Audit Committee in July 2011. Mr Dighé joined the Board following the Company's successful merger with Gartmore Growth Opportunities plc, which has brought significant benefits to the Company. Mr Dighé has a number of other business commitments, notably his role as executive chairman of Miton Group plc, and now wishes to concentrate his efforts on these other commitments. The Board would like to thank him for his valuable contribution to the Company during his tenure.
