Notification of change of interests of Director


The Company has today been notified that on 12 January 2004, Mr Andrew
John Greenwell, a Director of the Company, sold 10,000 ordinary shares of 1
penny each in the capital of the Company (5,000 of which were held by his
spouse, Mrs Catherine Ann Greenwell), representing 0.033% of the issued capital,
at a price of 124.0 pence per share.

Following the above transaction, Mr Greenwell continues to have beneficial and
family interests in 160,840 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the capital of 
the Company, representing 0.526% of the issued share capital.
