The issuer advises that the following replaces the dividend declaration
announcement released today at 15.06 under RNS number 9156S.

The payment date of the dividend was unclear on the previous announcement. All
other details remain unchanged.

The full text is as follows:

The Company announces that a second interim dividend of 1.0p for the year ending
30 April 2002 will be paid on 30 August 2002 to shareholders on the register at
12 April 2002. The ex-dividend date for this payment will be 10 April 2002.
