Artemis Alpha Trust plc announces that John Dodd, who co-manages the Company with Adrian Paterson, has acquired a further 62,884 ordinary shares in the Company. 

Mr Dodd now holds 2,723,839 ordinary shares, 6.55% of the total voting rights in the Company.
