Artemis Alpha Trust plc announces that Adrian Paterson, who co-manages the Company with John Dodd, has acquired a further 100,000 ordinary shares in the Company. 

Mr Paterson now holds 1,850,000 ordinary shares, 4.45% of the total voting rights in the Company.
