Artemis Alpha Trust plc announces that Adrian Paterson, who co-manages the Company with John Dodd, has acquired a further 50,000 ordinary shares in the Company. 

Mr Paterson now holds 1,905,856 ordinary shares, 4.63% of the total voting rights in the Company.
