Fund manager share purchases

The fund managers of the Company, John Dodd and Adrian Paterson, have recently acquired additional ordinary shares ("shares") in the Company.  Mr. Dodd has acquired 50,000 shares and Mr. Paterson has acquired 70,000 shares and they now hold 6.21% and 3.73% respectively of the total voting rights in the Company.
