Sale of Own Securities from Treasury
The Company announces that it has today sold from treasury 551,500 ordinary shares of 1 pence each at a price of 332.0 pence per ordinary share.
Following the sale, the Company's share capital consists of 48,825,239 ordinary shares of 1 pence each with voting rights. The Company no longer holds any ordinary shares in treasury.
Total Voting Rights
The above figure (48,825,239) may be used by ordinary shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to, their interest in the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
