Portfolio Update

Following recent press speculation, the Company can confirm that a transaction is expected to occur in the Company's unquoted holding The Hut Group which would value our holding at a significant premium to our current carrying value.  The transaction is due to complete on 7 August 2014 at which point an uplift of around 16.2 pence (4.9%) will be reflected in the net asset value.

Assuming this event occurs, the Company will sell around 60% of its holding, realising around £9 million in cash.
