Unquoted Investments Update

The Company wishes to announce that Lynton Holding Asia DK, a private holding company, has completed the sale of its stake in an aviation business for cash.  This has resulted in an uplift in the carrying valuation of the Lynton Holding Asia in the Company's portfolio of around £3.5 million (equivalent to 8.2p per share), and this was reflected in the net asset value released on 23 October 2014. 

As the aviation business that has been sold was Lynton Holding Asia's only investment, its assets are now in cash.  This cash will be returned to its shareholders in due course, following completion of Lynton Holding Asia audit and approval of the financial statements.
