Replacement Form of Proxy

In connection with the Company's Circular dated 11 November 2010, unfortunately the form of proxy enclosed with the Circular was printed incorrectly and did not have the explanatory notes for completion of the proxy on the reverse side.  Accordingly, it has been necessary to send shareholders a replacement form of proxy for use in connection with the Company's general meeting to be held at 9.00 a.m. on 7 December 2010.  A copy of the letter accompanying the replacement form of proxy will be available for inspection at the National Storage Mechanism, which is located at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do.
