This announcement replaces the announcement released on 30 April 2014 at 17.18 (RNS No: 9885F).  The previous announcement incorrectly stated (i) the number of Ordinary shares held in treasury as being 3,809,109 Ordinary shares (the correct figure being 3,842,409), consequently, (ii) the total number voting rights in the Company was incorrectly stated as being 43,240,085 (the correct figure being 43,206,785).

Total Voting Rights and Capital

In accordance with DTR 5.6.1 of the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company would like to notify the market of the following:

As at 30 April 2014, the Company's issued share capital consists of 47,049,194 Ordinary shares of 1 pence, carrying one vote each, of which 3,842,409 are held in treasury, and 6,865,234 Subscription shares (which carry no voting rights). Therefore as at 30 April 2014, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 43,206,785.

The above figure (43,206,785) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
