Voting Rights and Capital

In accordance with the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules 5.6.1R the Company would like to notify the market of the following:

As at close of business on 29 August 2008, the Company's share capital consists of 31,968,488 ordinary shares of 1p each with voting rights. The Company holds 1,390,000 ordinary shares in treasury.

The above figure (31,968,488) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Artemis Alpha Trust plc under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
