Total Voting Rights and Capital

In accordance with DTR 5.6.1 of the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company would like to notify the market of the following:

As at 28 June 2013, the Company's issued share capital consists of 48,535,988 Ordinary shares of 1 pence, carrying one vote each, of which 3,598,976 are held in treasury, and 6,865,616 Subscription shares (which carry no voting rights). Therefore as at 28 June 2013, the total number of voting rights for Ordinary shareholders in the Company is 44,937,012.

The above figure (44,937,012) may be used by Ordinary shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
