Unquoted Investments Update

As previously reported, the Company's investment Lynton Holding Asia ("Lynton") had sold its investment in an aviation business and commenced a liquidation process.  The liquidation has now been concluded and the proceeds of the asset sale have been distributed to Lynton's shareholders. The Company has now received £6.7 million in cash.

This represents a return of almost 3 times the cost of this investment. The cash will initially be used to reduce the Company's borrowings.

Following this transaction, the percentage of the market value of the portfolio represented by unquoted investments has fallen to 29.3 per cent, compared to 32.2 per cent at the Company's most recent year end of 30 April 2015.
