Application has been made to the Irish Stock Exchange (secondary listing)
for 3,864,335 new registered shares of nominal value CHF 0.02 each in the
capital of ARYZTA AG to be admitted to the Official List of the Irish Stock
Exchange. These shares, which have already been listed on the SIX Swiss
Exchange, have been allotted pursuant to the previously announced June 2010
placing (announcements from June 2010 available at www.aryzta.com).
It is expected that admission will become effective in the new registered shares
on 15 September 2010.
