ASA International Group plc notification of 2020 full year results and AGM

Amsterdam, The Netherlands, 6 May 2021 - ASA International Group plc, (the 'Company'), one of the world's largest international microfinance institutions, today confirms that it will be releasing its annual results for the twelve-month period from 1 January 2020 to 31 December 2020 on Wednesday, 26 May 2021.

The Company will publish RNS and Financial Statements on the Investor section of its website Investors | Asa (asa-international.com) at 07:00 BST. Management will be hosting an audio webcast and conference call, with Q&A at 14:00 BST. To access the audio webcast, go to the Investor section of the website, where also the 2020 results presentation can be downloaded before the start of the webcast.

The Annual General Meeting will be held on 30 June 2021.
