The Company was informed on 4 January 2007 by FMR Corp. and its direct and
indirect subsidiaries ('FMR Corp.') that FMR Corp. has a beneficial interest in
9,263,100 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company, representing 3.50 per
cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.  The holdings in FMR Corp.
are not intended to indicate that any of these entities act as a group or in
concert with respect to these interests.
