23,957,802 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 9.36 per cent. of the
issued share capital of the Company.



The Company has also been notified on 3 January 2006 that Tiger Resource Finance
plc is interested in 29,093,406 ordinary shares in the Company, representing
11.36 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
