Ascent was informed on 23 January 2009 by Barclays plc, that as of 21 January 2009, Barclays plc no longer had a notifiable interest in the issued share capital of the Company.

Ascent was also informed on 26 January 2009 that as of that date Paul Curtis, an independent shareholder in the Company, was interested in 17,450,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company, representing approximately 5.73 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
